Why KGS
The larger an organization grows, the less its knowledge moves. A problem solved in one department stays unsolved in the next. Improvements born on site never reach head office. Nobody can see who is capable of what, and the documents people need stay out of reach. Cross a border and the language barrier is added on top, so work that deserves a wider audience stays inside Japan.
We work in construction and real estate, clearing the places where knowledge gets stuck: mapping skills, building intranet portals, running digital signage, publishing a bilingual internal magazine, and running knowledge-sharing events across overseas offices. You will not need to explain this industry's culture or how its decisions get made. The people who shape the idea and the people who build it are in the same house.

KGS is a single firm that holds both consulting and creative production in-house. Around our flagship offering — building a culture of knowledge sharing — we cover DX and business transformation consulting through to video and media production, supporting you from first concept through to delivery.

We have supported clients across construction, real estate and the public sector. In construction and real estate especially, we propose from a working knowledge of how these organizations are run and how decisions get made.
